Executive Chef Peter Kitler plans a monthly menu using fresh, local ingredients in three delightful meals and snacks daily. Each made-to-order dish is thoughtfully prepared to be nutritious and flavorful.
Chef Peter is happy to work with our residents, catering to individual needs and dietary restrictions, to provide joyful eating experiences that they can look forward to.
A few of his signature dishes are blackened North Atlantic cod served with a vegetable medley, liver and onions with Cajun rice and roasted potatoes, and chicken cordon bleu soup.
